We hope you all enjoyed our season opener at Bawburgh GC earlier this month and congratulations to debutant Sam Bartholomew who won the Gary Dye Memorial Trophy with a score of 40 points.
The second event of 2016 will be held at Richmond Park GC where golfers will be competing for the Captains Cup during the morning 18 holes individual stableford and then, in the afternoon, in an 18 hole team event where the best 2 scores on each hole in your groups will be used for your team score. The Captains Cup was won by our Chairman, Mike Riley, in 2015 with 40 points and we’re sure he’ll be keen to repeat that success this year.
The price for the day will be just £45.00 per person – discounted to £25.00 for any Richmond Park members – including both midday and evening meals. Please specify whether any vegetarian or special dietary requirements so arrangements can be made. In the case of cancellation, a full two days notice has to be given to the Golf Club to avoid paying for meals that are ordered but not required.
Coffee will be available upon arrival and there should be an opportunity to pre-book a breakfast; the choice and cost of this is still to be confirmed and we will let you have this information as soon as possible.
